Description

The company Galaxie d'Orion, based in Drôme, France, has been specializing in the wooden construction game "Koobi" since 2015. Originally manufactured in Bulgaria, the company initiated a reshoring project in 2019, aiming to bring its production back to France. It collaborated with ESAT de Montélimar, responsible for assembly, packaging, and possessing required expertise. Also, it invested in an additional machinery for drilling of cubes, essential for Koobi's production. It aimed to make Koobi entirely in France, and it launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Kocorico platform, to raise the remaining €14,500 required to complete the investment.
