Description

Sogran (know prior as Sogranlotrans), a French transport company, announced it was liquidated by the Court of Commerce of Saint-Étienne, rendering 110 employees redundant. The decision followed years of financial distress and a failed recovery plan. Indeed, the company had been put under a savings' plan in January of 2023. However, in December 2025, the company filled for bankruptcy yet again. The Courts in February gave the company a bit over a week to find a takeover offer, without any success.

Sogran had a workforce of 110 employees.
