Description

Upway, a French company active in the refurbishment and resale of electric bicycles, announced the creation of 150 jobs at a new repair centre in Amsterdam.

The new site in Amsterdam-Zuidoost is being opened to inspect, repair and prepare used and discounted new e-bikes for resale. The company is stating that within a few months 150 people should be working there and that 80,000 bicycles will be processed there next year.

The company’s expansion in the Dutch market is described as its second most important market after Germany. Currently, the company is present in nine countries.
