Description
MBDA, a French missile manufacturer operating in the defence sector, announced plans to recruit 550 new employees in France by the end of 2016, as part of an European restructuring: MBDA 2015 - EU.
The job creation concerns all professional categories and will take place across the company’s French sites, including production and engineering activities.
To support this growth, the company aims to strengthen its workforce and address skills shortages, particularly in technical and industrial occupations. The profiles sought include engineers, technicians and skilled workers. In addition to standard recruitment, MBDA has developed internal training capacities to cope with shortages of qualified labour, including a qualifying training programme for aircraft structure fitters at its Bourges site.
