Description
The Société de Réalisation d'Équipements Électriques (Soreel), a manufacturer of electrical panels, is recruiting 100 employees frbetween 2026 and 2028, at its Cholet site.
The restructuring aims to support the company's stable growth since 2020. This growth has been made possible by the digital transition and the use of artificial intelligence, and use of electric vehicles. The company is therefore investing €12 million to expand the Cholet site and increase their production capacity by 40%.
Recruitment will cover a wide range of professions, including sales, research and engineering, manufacturing, quality control, IT, and logistics. Around 40 positions will be created in 2026, 40 in 2027, and a further 20 in 2028. To increase their attractiveness to potential employees, the company has also set up several training programmes and flexible working hours.
The company integrated the Rehlko Group in 2005. It has a total workforce of 250 employees across its two sites.
