European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ADA Möbelfabrik, an Austrian furniture manufacturing group in the wood and furniture sector, announced restructuring measures following insolvency proceedings, potentially affecting all of its workforce of around 180 employees at its main production site in Anger (Styria, Austria).

ADA is a long-established Austrian manufacturer of upholstered furniture, with operations in Austria and additional sites in Central and Eastern Europe, generating around €110 million in annual turnover. The company had already implemented workforce reductions in recent years, indicating ongoing restructuring efforts prior to the current insolvency.
