European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Hamburg-based Domicil Group, a nursing home operator, will open the new “Domicil-Seniorenpflegeheim Schillerpark” in Völklingen in the first quarter of 2026, creating about 100 jobs.
HBB, a german real estate development and investment company, will complete the construction of the nursing home at the end of March 2026. The construction began in 2024, and it will be handed over to its operator, the Domicil Group. In the first quarter of 2026, it is expected to offer 150 care places and create around 100 jobs.
Domicil is a nationwide provider of care services in Germany and employs more than 6,500 people.
