Terma, a Danish defence electronics and composite parts manufacturer, has announced that it plans to create up to 250 new jobs at its Danish facilities, primarily in Lystrup.
The recruitment drive is driven by a rapid expansion in the defence sector due to increased military spending in Denmark and across Europe following the war in Ukraine.
Terma is a major supplier for F-35 fighter jets and currently employs around 2,200 people worldwide. In Denmark, the company has its sites in Lystrup (HQ), Søborg, and Grenaa, employing about 1,700 people.
