The recruitment is linked to increased production and further expansion of the company’s energy-sector activities, with vacancies covering both production and office roles as the plant develops and implements innovative energy solutions.
The City of Elbląg and the local Labour Office are supporting the recruitment process, organising meetings for registered unemployed persons, particularly targeting young people under 30 as part of dedicated support instruments.
