Description
BIG Konstantynów Łódzki, a joint real estate development project in the commercial property sector, will create over 300 jobs in Konstantynów Łódzki, Łódzkie Voivodeship, Poland, with the opening scheduled for October 2026.
The investment is being carried out jointly by BIG Poland and Acteeum Central Europe. The 21,000 sqm GLA shopping centre, already 80% leased, has been under construction since October 2025 and will serve residents of Konstantynów and western Łódź; confirmed tenants include Worldbox, New Yorker, Martes Sport, Jysk, Diverse, Maxi Zoo, CCC and Sinsay, alongside Kaufland, Bricomarché and a McDonald’s drive-thru restaurant.
BIG Poland develops and manages retail parks across Poland, while Acteeum Central Europe is an international retail real estate developer and asset manager active in Central and Eastern Europe, specialising in shopping centres and mixed-use projects.
