European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Multinational data centre company Equinix is to create 200 new jobs in Dundalk Co. Louth as part of a five-year $700 million investment in a new advanced manufacturing facility. The new Dundalk plant will manufacture specialised power equipment for data centres. Hiring has already begun for the new positions. Roles will include as precision engineering, quality assurance and lean manufacturing. Equinix, runs 280 data centres across six continents and works with partners such as Amazon Web Services, Nvidia, Azure and Google Cloud.
