Pojazdy Szynowe Pesa Bydgoszcz, a rail vehicle manufacturer, plans to hire up to 400 employees in 2026 in Bydgoszcz, Poland, as part of its ongoing expansion and innovation activities.
The recruitment is driven by increased production and development projects, including a prototype hydrogen-powered passenger train to be completed by June 2026 under KPO funding, as well as the construction of new assembly and warehouse halls, with new positions expected in engineering, production and technical roles.
