Description

Marron TP, a French public‑works company belonging to the Infracorp group, announced that it will cut 82 jobs at its Fouilloy site in the Somme, France, following the acceptance of Constructel’s takeover offer, after its placement in judicial recovery.

The closure of the Fouilloy location, which will be carried out through a Plan de sauvegarde de l’emploi (PSE). The restructuring stems from the company’s financial difficulties that led to its judicial recovery status, prompting the sale of its assets to Constructel and the subsequent job reductions.

Before the sale, Marron TP employed 287 staff across six sites, with its headquarters in Laon (Aisne). After the takeover, Constructel will retain 205 employees, while the Fouilloy site will be shut down, leaving the remaining sites operational.
