Description
Marron TP, a French public works company, announced 82 job cuts at its Fouilloy site in the Somme, near Corbie. The company had been placed under judicial administration and will be taken over by Constructel, part of the Infracorp group (around 2,000 employees worldwide). Constructel’s offer was approved by the Lille Commercial Court on 4 February 2026.
As part of the takeover, Constructel is consolidating operations, which includes the closure of the Fouilloy site. The 82 job losses concern only this site. Following the restructuring, the former Marron TP network will be reduced from six to five sites, and Constructel will retain 205 employees in France.
