Description

Fincantieri, an Italian shipbuilding group operating in the naval, cruise, marine systems, and high-tech solutions sectors, has announced that it will create more than 4,000 new jobs as part of its 2026–2030 Industrial Plan. The recruitment has already started, as there are currently around 90 job vacancies open. This will affect its global workforce and multiple production sites in Italy.

The increase in employment will accompany the expansion of its activities in military shipbuilding, cruise ship production, marine technologies and digital and energy transition-related segments.

New roles will include positions for engineers, technical specialists, skilled blue-collar workers, digital experts and administrative staff.
