Description

Dedalus Healthcare Ireland, part of the Dedalus Group and operating in the healthcare software sector, announced the creation of 100 new jobs in Ireland over the next four years as part of a €10 million expansion of its Irish operations, primarily affecting its Maynooth-based headquarters. The expansion will increase the company’s Irish workforce from around 50 to 150 employees and will focus on highly skilled roles across software engineering, product management, clinical informatics, data and analytics, cybersecurity and implementation services.

Recruitment will begin from late 2025 and continue on a phased basis through to the end of the decade, with a mix of hybrid and office-based roles. The growth is intended to strengthen Dedalus’s capacity to support hospitals and community healthcare services with interoperable electronic health records, diagnostics and imaging platforms, and clinical decision support systems.

Founded in 1982, Dedalus is a major European provider of healthcare IT solutions and has operated in Ireland for almost 30 years.
