Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Tecnocasa, an Italian real estate and credit brokerage group, has announced that it will create approximately 1,000 new jobs by 2026 to support the opening of around 200 new agencies across Italy. This will affect both the real estate intermediation and credit mediation units in various regions of the country. Several jobs will also be for job replacement.
The recruiting is open to young people, graduates, diploma holders and first-time job seekers. Available positions are real estate consultants, credit mediation operators, back-office staff and commercial roles.
The job creation plan is part of the company’s strategic growth programme for 2026 and will include new agencies opening in both major urban centres and emerging areas.
