European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The agricultural and food company Osatina from Đurđevac is hiring 100 workers in Podravina region. They will work on agricultural tasks on fruit and vegetable plantations. The requirement is completion of primary school (even lower grades are acceptable), and prior work experience is not necessary. The starting salary is €1,050 gross (the national minimum wage in 2026). Accommodation is not provided, and the work is organized in two shifts. Osatina Group owns the Đurđevac-based companies Nova Natura and Mesna industrija Natura. In 2024, it generated €89 million in total revenue and €269,000 in net profit. At the end of 2024, it employed around 740 workers. The most significant part of its business is related to the production and sale of fruit and vegetables, as well as animal feed.
