Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Iper Tosano, an Italian large‑scale retail operator in the food and non‑food GDO sector, has announced over 120 job opportunities across its expanding store network in Central and Northern Italy, with recruitment activities taking place in multiple locations. In Cesano Boscone in the Milan area a new store will open. The new positions cover various operational functions within the supermarket, including fresh food sales, customer services, logistics, cleaning, e-commerce, and security.
Employment opportunities include both full-time and part-time contracts with various scheduling arrangements.
Founded in 1970, Iper Tosano currently operates 21 hypermarkets in several Italian regions and employs over 5,500 people.
