Swedish company FM Mattsson has announced an internal restructuring program, which might result in the lay-off of up to 45 employees in Mora, Dalarna. Both white-collar and factory workers will be affected by the restructuring measures aimed at the company headquarters and its production facility.
FM Mattsson Group announced the measure as part of an efficiency program, which aims to generate annual cost savings of approximately SEK 20-25 million from the third quarter of 2026, thereby increasing profitability.
The company engages in product development, manufacturing, purchasing, sales and marketing, primarily of bathroom, kitchen and garden fittings. According to figures from 2024, the company had 325 employees in Mora.
