Description

Straż Ochrony Kolei (SOK), operating in the public order and transport security sector, is launching a nationwide recruitment drive to increase employment by over 200 positions, raising staffing from 2,860 to about 3,074 employees across Poland. The recruitment responds to growing security needs in rail transport and covers uniformed officers and administrative specialists, with hiring already underway and offering salaries ranging from PLN 5,000 to up to PLN 20,000 gross, depending on role and experience.

Straż Ochrony Kolei operates under PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe and the Ministry of Infrastructure, safeguarding over 18,000 km of railway lines and is one of Poland’s key rail-security institutions.
