Description
Safran Power Units (SPU), a French aeronautics and transport firm, is hiring about a hundred new production‑profession employees each year to support the expansion of its Toulouse site. The workforce at the SPU facility, located north of Toulouse, will grow from 700 employees today to roughly 1,000 by 2029 as the plant’s industrial capacity doubles to 26,000 m².
The expansion is driven by rising customer demand, with the group aiming to double the Toulouse site’s production area and boost its output capacity by the end of 2029.
The new hires will be concentrated at the Toulouse plant and will cover a range of production roles—including machine operators, turners, millers, fitters, grinders and welders.
Safran Power Units operates under the Safran Group, and its Toulouse site is the focus of this hiring drive.
