Astek Group, a French company specialising in technology and engineering consulting (aeronautics, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity), has announced a large-scale hiring campaign to recruit 1,800 new employees in France in 2026.
The hiring campaign has already started. At its Boulogne site in the Île-de-France region, Astek is offering 600 vacancies. In Nantes and Toulouse, 100 vacancies are planned in each city, targeting profiles for technical, commercial and management positions. In Rennes, 150 new vacancies are open for similar profiles.
The recruitment campaign targets a wide range of profiles, including technicians, sales representatives and recent graduates. The latter will benefit from dedicated support through Astek University, the company’s internal training organisation. The company is expanding to sustain strong growth in rapidly transforming markets such as aeronautics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud and life sciences.
With a workforce of 10,000 employees and revenue of €730 million in 2025, Astek aims to reach €1 billion in revenue and 14,000 employees worldwide by 2027.
