Minprest Serv provides services such as maintenance, technical assistance, upkeep, and repairs of railway lines, interior cleaning, and maintenance of heating systems. The dismissed employees are from all the services provided by Minprest Serv to CEO.
Representatives of the Alfa Minprest Free Trade Union announced that, starting with January, the management of Minprest Serv has been officially notified about the intention of CEO to issue 102 notices of termination, with another 52 individual employment contracts to be terminated. In addition, the trade union commented that social dialogue was treated superficially, even though clear and realistic solutions were proposed to reduce the number of layoffs.
