Description

Téréva, a French company specialising in sanitary, plumbing, and heating equipment, will create 150 jobs in January with the opening of a new facility in Louverné, in the Laval agglomeration. Of these new positions, 32 will be management roles.

The new 38,000 m² site is strategically located to supply construction sites in Brittany, Pays de la Loire, Normandy, and the Centre region. Téréva, which is part of the Martin Belaysoud Group, employs nearly 2,000 workers and operates several logistics sites, with the Louverné facility being the largest.

The site is fully operational, with first deliveries scheduled for 19 January 2026, demonstrating the company’s readiness to begin operations. The company plans to create around 100 jobs at the new Louverné site in the first half of 2026, reaching 150 positions once the logistics platform is fully operational.
