In July 2025, as part of its business expansion, the Group announced the launch of its first five-star resort in Crete, Ikos Kissamos, which is scheduled to commence operations in April 2026. The investment is expected to create over 750 new jobs, covering the full range of key roles required for the resort’s operation.
The new Sani/Ikos investment amounts to €125 million, is currently under development, and will be built on an area of approximately 200 hectares in Kissamos Bay, along a 600-metre coastal frontage. The resort will have a capacity of 414 rooms, suites and bungalows, providing a total of 1,280 beds.
