Croatia’s largest retail chain, Konzum, is planning to hire more than 110 new employees, with the greatest demand in Zagreb, Dubrovnik, and Velika Gorica. In Zagreb alone, the company is looking for 20 retail workers whose main responsibilities will include transporting goods from warehouses and arranging products on store shelves.
For these positions, Konzum is offering a gross monthly salary of €1,075. Sales assistants in Zagreb can expect a starting gross salary of €1,180 per month. In Velika Gorica and Jastrebarsko, Konzum is also seeking more than 20 retail workers, with the same offered gross salary of €1,075. Additionally, the company is recruiting 20 sales assistants in the Dubrovnik area, where the starting gross monthly salary is €1,165.
