The Croatian food producer Vindija Group, active in the manufacture of dairy and meat products, announced a major recruitment campaign that will result in the creation of more than 120 jobs across several of its subsidiaries in northern Croatia, mainly in Varaždin and Slavonski Brod. The Vindija Group includes the operations of the parent company Vindija d.d., Koka, Vindija Dairy Industry, Vindon from Slavonski Brod, and companies outside Croatia.
The largest share of the new positions concerns Koka, which is seeking almost 100 new employees, including around 80 production-line workers at its Varaždin site. These positions require only basic education and no prior work experience. In addition, Koka plans to hire a further 15 workers in meat production, animal feed manufacturing and warehousing, as well as three maintenance technicians with secondary vocational education
The Vindija Dairy Industry is looking for 14 new employees, and Slavonski Brod-based Vindon (turkey meat and farms) is looking for a total of 11. Salaries are mostly the legally stipulated guaranteed minimum wage.
Earlier, in September 2025, Vindija Group carried out a business expansion creating 109 new jobs across several sites in Croatia,see Vindija 2025 - HR .
As of the end of December 2024, Vindija Group employed 4,240 people, around 100 more than a year earlier, indicating a continued upward trend in employment.
