Description

Docler Holding, a Luxembourg-based company involved in adult entertainment, technology, e‑commerce, digital media and event management, announced the layoff of 115 employees in Luxembourg. The restructuring is expected to be completed by the end of the summer.

The restructuring is primarily motivated by the company’s push toward digital transformation and the adoption of AI across its operations.

Social partners involved include the trade union LCGB, which was asked by Docler’s staff delegation to assist in negotiations but was unable to prevent the layoffs. The union’s involvement appears to have been limited to consultation rather than active negotiation.

Docler Holding employs approximately 800 people in total, of whom 115 (about 14 %) are affected by the current restructuring. The company’s restructuring process, which began over a year ago, is projected to finish by the end of the summer, with all remaining staff continuing to work in Luxembourg. Overall, the company has 1,500 employees across 5 countries
