Description

Movela, an orthopedic clinic, is developing a new specialised medical facility in the city of Liberec. The new orthopedic centre is scheduled to open in April 2026 and aims to create up to 150 new jobs, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, administrative staff and technicians.

The clinic will offer comprehensive care from examination to surgery and rehabilitation and plans to perform up to 2,500 surgeries per year. By integrating all phases of treatment within a single site, the centre intends to reduce waiting times and accelerate patient recovery.

The construction is being financed by businessman Dalibor Dědek, the founder of Jablotron. He has already invested around CZK 700 million in the reconstruction of the building and the technological equipment. The long-term goal is to operate as a financially self-sufficient clinic, with resources reinvested into further development of the facility.
