The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Acteeum Central Europe, in partnership with Falcon Investment Management, has started the development of Oto Park Lubin, a new 15,000 m² retail park in Lubin, Poland. The project is expected to create over 300 jobs and is scheduled to open in October 2026. The retail park will host approximately 30 stores and include sustainability features such as photovoltaic panels and BREEAM certification standards. The investment is scheduled to be open in October 2026.
The development reflects rising regional demand for modern retail infrastructure and will proceed through phased construction led by Trasko Invest.
