European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
PAC 2000A Conad will create 100 new jobs with its logistics hub for the supermarket chain opening October 8 in Montalto Uffugo, comprising 70 internal positions and 30 driver roles. The 52,000 square meter facility represents a €500 million investment, positioning it among Southern Italy's largest distribution centers.
The automated hub will manage supply for retail outlets across Calabria and Sicily, serving PAC 2000A Conad's network spanning five regions (Umbria, Lazio, Campania, Calabria, Sicily).
PAC 2000A already employs over 2,000 workers across Calabria retail locations, making the logistics center a significant regional employment expansion.
