Description

Nuova Sair, a contract‑management company operating in the socio‑health sector in Italy, announced that it will close its services in Civitavecchia and Bracciano, affecting nearly one hundred employees in the ASL Roma 4 region.

Fisascat-CISL (trade union) Roma Capitale e Rieti has declared a state of agitation affecting nearly 100 workers in the healthcare and social services contract for ASL Roma 4 covering Civitavecchia and Bracciano areas. Territorial Secretary demanded urgent meetings with Lazio Region, ASL Roma 4, and the company to secure guarantees for affected workers and families. The union warned that closure without alternative solutions would lead to dismissals after months of employee sacrifices.

The situation is complicated by regional unified procurement for healthcare support workers (OSS), involving direct hiring and territorial redistribution. Fisascat-CISL views this as potentially positive but requiring careful management to avoid worker conflicts and role overlaps.

The union demands an immediate negotiating table establishing clear direction on employment continuity and proper job classification, rejecting cost-cutting solutions that burden workers. The dispute remains open pending institutional responses.
