Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
CAT Mosolf Polska (CMPL), a company specialising in comprehensive services for new cars, has opened a new facility in Bytom,Poland, where it will employ 100 people until the end of 2026.
The new facility, which includes a technical hall, a vehicle retrofitting hall, an office and social rooms, was opened on September 18 2025. The investment is intended to increase the company's capabilities by expanding its production capacity and range of services.
CAT Mosolf is a joint venture between the German company MOSOLF and the French group CAT, and is involved in vehicle logistics and servicing. It employs over 1,000 people in Poland and has five branches.
