European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Norwegian company Sector Alarm, specialising in burglary, fire, and emergency alarm systems, planned to hire 400 employees. The company has launched a major recruitment campaign to recruit on permanent contracts without requiring a CV.
By strengthening its team, it seeks to support its growth of around 30% to 40% each year. Coaches working with the company's training school, La Sector Way Academy, will be mobilised to help security novices become remote surveillance professionals. It aims to combine theory and field immersion as a key driver of social mobility.
The company intends to recruit well beyond the most sought-after regions such as Île-de-France, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, and Grand-Est. The company is looking to expand further into other French regions in the coming months. The company currently employs more than 1,000 workers in France.
