European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Auchan Romania, subsidiary of the French international retail group, will hire 120 persons by the end of 2025 at Oradea ATAC store. The available positions are for commercial department managers, multi-skilled sales operator and security guard.
Auchan Romania has over 470 stores in its portfolio, including 26 classic hypermarkets, 8 ATAC Hiper Discount hypermarkets, 9 supermarkets, the Auchan Go smart store, almost 400 MyAuchan ultra-proximity stores, most of which are in Petrom stations, over 40 Simply by Auchan franchise stores, as well as the online store auchan.ro.
With the Oradea opening, the ATAC network, appreciated for its advantageous pricing policy that decreases according to volume, will reach 10 units nationwide.
In Romania, the company has a workforce of 6,663 employees (data at the end of 2024).
