Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vinci Immobilier, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group, recruiting 300 employees for its new site in Déville-lès-Rouen. The site had previously been closed in 2020 by Vallourec Tubes France 2020 - FR. The new location will be used as a hub for tertiary activities. A quarter of the site will be dedicated to green spaces.
Serveral large restructuring have been recorded in the ERM database Vinci Immobilier 2024 - FR.
