European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hitachi Energy, a company in the electrification sector, will expand its plant in Lodz where 100 new jobs will be created.
The expanded plant is expected to increase the scale of production of insulating elements and components for power transformers. The goal is to increase production in Europe. The expansion is expected to be completed in 2026, and 100 people will be employed to handle the increased production.
