Description
The Nice-based company Versity, specializing in low-cost real estate activities, was placed into liquidation by the Nice Commercial Court in June 2025. This will affect nearly 100 jobs.
Despite an innovative project to combine real estate and digital activities, Versity never achieved profitability. Back in 2024, the company was already experiencing difficulties. According to Frédéric Ibanez, one of the founders of Les Agences de Papa, this failure has been caused by the rise of artificial intelligence, which has had a negative impact on Versity offering.
