Description

The express service trans-o-flex, part of the Geodis Group, opened a new distribution centre in Steinach (Bavaria) in May 2025, creating around 100 new jobs in the goods handling area.

The merger of the trans-o-flex Express (15-25 °C) and ThermoMed (2-8 °C) networks will create synergies and increase delivery capacity in eastern Bavaria and neighbouring regions of Austria and the Czech Republic.

Further details on the type of employment were not disclosed.

Trans-o-flex employs around 2,100 people in Germany.
