European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The French online banking institution Monabanq, specialising in credit, is planning to create 130 new jobs in 2025, with a goal of reaching 500 employees by 2027.
In 2024, it launched the "Talent Incubator", an innovative three-month integration program based on banking training and personalised coaching. Numerous permanent positions are currently available in various fields, including banking, consulting and project management. New recruits will have the opportunity to develop in a modern and green environment. The expansion is tied to strategic development, supported by strong shareholders (Cofidis Group and Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale).
