Description
Credem will hire 400 employees in 2025, representing a 30% increase compared to the average recruitment over the past five years. The Emilian banking group has already recruited 156 new staff in the first months of the year, leaving over 240 positions still to fill.
The expansion supports the bank's growth strategy, which includes opening new branches across Italy.
The recruitment plan targets multiple areas: branch networks, virtual contact centers, private banking services, IT structures, and risk management. For branch and contact center positions, the bank seeks graduates and diploma holders, including those without experience, provided they have strong communication skills.
IT roles focus on recent graduates and experts in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, and physics, ranging from analysts to project managers. Wealth management and risk positions require experienced professionals in regulatory, accounting, and credit analysis fields
