European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The packaging automation company Packsize, based in Enköping, will lay off all 113 of its Swedish employees as of 31 May 2025.
The layoffs are due to the company’s planned relocation to North America. All affected employees will be given an extended notice period until the end of the year, when the move is scheduled to take place, and will be offered a higher salary as an incentive to stay on. Those who remain with the company until December 31 will receive severance pay equivalent to several months’ salary
