Description

American health data company, Datavant, is to create 125 new jobs in Galway between now and the end of 2027.

The new jobs are the result of the company opening a new global Research and Development centre in Galway city centre. The new centre will open by the end of 2027 but recruitment has already begun for the new roles, which will be based initially in another location in Galway.

The new roles will be in engineering and technology, as well as roles to support security and corporate systems.

Datavant employs more than 8,000 people globally and operates in healthcare data exchange. The Galway centre will function as an integrated part of its global technology and product development operations, strengthening its presence in Europe and supporting further future expansion.
