European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is to open a new Dublin office in June 2025, which will create 100 new jobs. The company is a subsidiary of Sony and produces Sony PlayStation game consoles.
The new digital innovation centre in Dublin will include roles in research and development, customer and employee servicing and operations.
Recruitment for new roles such as data scientists, software engineers and managers has already begun.
The business expansion is supported by the government of Ireland through IDA Ireland, underscoring Ireland's reputation as a hub for innovation and technology.
