European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Airbus Atlantic, a subsidiary of the Airbus Group and a French aeronautics company, is hiring 200 permanent and 250 temporary workers in Rochefort (Nouvelle-Aquitaine). The company is constructing two additional buildings. The first will serve as a headquarters for pilots, while the second will increase the aircraft production. This will lead to further job creation.
Airbus Atlantic currently employs around 1000 employees.
Several large Airbus restructurings have been recorded in the ERM database, with the latest cutting 689 in 2024 Airbus Defence and Space 2024. - DE.
