European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
OUTINORD, a French based company specializing in metal formwork products and services (sales and rentals) announced on April 15th the cut of 120 jobs on its site in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (59). This measure affects employees and managers. The MP of the North region Guillaume Florquin denounces this decision taking into account that the owner engaged himself in 2020 to preserve this strategic site. He stands firmly on his support to the affected employees. He contacted the Minister of Industry, the President of the region and the President of the CAPH to try and counter this measure.
