Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Sicuritalia plans to hire 200 security guards for stations across Northern Italy. The recruitment effort will place 120 personnel in Milan, with remaining positions distributed across Bologna (16), Turin (15), Genova (16), and various provincial locations throughout Lombardy, Liguria, and Emilia Romagna. The security services provider, which currently manages operations at 351 railway stations nationally alongside 12 airports and 18 metro stations, is expanding its workforce following new Ferservizi contract awards. Candidates must meet specific legal and aptitude requirements. New hires will receive permanent contracts for roles including access control, alarm response, infrastructure protection, and anti-graffiti operations. Applicants can submit their candidacy through the company website or attend an online recruitment event on April 16. The positions include individual onboarding and certification training recognized throughout Italy.
