Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

SNV Volabraye, a turkey and multi-species processed products manufacturer under the LDC Group, is launching a recruitment campaign to hire 150 workers at its Savigny-sur-Braye site (Loir-et-Cher). This hiring initiative is driven by the company’s plan to increase the turkey slaughtering target. Around 50 professions are targeted. The majority of contracts are permanent. To facilitate recruitment, the company is organising on-site meetings every Tuesday, allowing potential candidates to learn more about available positions and the work environment.
The site has a total workforce of 390 employees.
