European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
CCC Group, a Polish footwear and fashion retailer, informed about laying off 250 employees.
The layoffs, reducing the IT team from 550 to 300, are part of a 2025 restructuring plan to eliminate unprofitable projects and streamline operations; the previous approach to e-commerce operations has not been successful.
CCC Group, a joint stock company based in Polkowice, and Lubin, employed around 15,000 workers at the end of 2023, operates in 23 countries and manages e-commerce platforms and retail brands like CCC, eobuwie.pl, and Modivo.
